He was predeceased by: his parents, R. D. Hill and Florence Truman Hill; his former wife Dorothy Jo Hill; his son Bobby Jo Hill; his grandson Brian Lee Roney; and his sister Lou Alice Robison.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda C. Hill; his children, Jimmy Dale Hill (Amanda) of Union City, Deborah J. Roney of Greenfield, Robbie Dawn Tittle (Dwight) of Grand Rivers, KY and Pat Baker of Union City; his grandsons, Austin Baker, Brett Baker, Robert W. Roney, Michael Keith Roney and Derek Hill; his stepsons, Gerald "Bud" Jonas (Chip), Steve Jonas and Mike Jonas (Sunny); and his stepgrandsons, Jonathan and Jared Jonas. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the White-Ranson Funeral Home (212 W Washington Ave, Union City, TN 38281). A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery (688 Sublett Rd, Union City, TN 38261).
