She is survived by: her son David; her daughter-in-law Jessica Adams of Nashville; her stepchildren, Jacob, John Guy, Jr., Dawn Kelly, Julie Adams and Sarah Cochrum (Steven); her siblings, Ed Groh (Ruby), Patti Modrowski (Ed) and Penny Prucha; and her grandchildren, Killian Adams, Zora Adams, Coleman Guy, Cora Cochrum, John Guy, III and Kris Guy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
