He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvie R. Howard and Annie Smith Howard. He is survived by: his wife Judy Newton Howard; his daughters, Deanna (Ron Filkins), Angela (Ryan Curey) and Polly Winchel of Jacksonville, FL; and his sister-in-law Jodie (Lori Howard). He is also survived by several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; and one brother.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Second Baptist Church in the Fellowship Hall in Union City (831 Everett Blvd, Union City, TN 38261).
