He was predeceased by : his parents, Faye E. "Ebb" Marshall and D. Molene Marshall (Williams); and his brother Gary Franklin Marshall. He is survived by : his sons, Lee Marshall (Brandy) of Union City and Beau Marshall of Pinckney Michigan; his siblings, Ronald Marshall of Union City, Doris Marshall of Union City, Sherry Johnston of Union City, Myla Evans (Bill) of Troy and Lori Morse of Livonia Michigan; and his granddaughters, Amber Donaghy of Michigan and Madison Kolwyck of Palmersville. He is also survived by four great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
