P.) of Hickman, Kentucky, Michael Worrell, Jr. (Mavri) of Martin, Jason Oldaker (Candice) of Union City and Terry Lynn Worrell of Nashville; and his siblings, Bonnie Hatchett (Bill) of Union City, Sue Moore (Mike) of Union City, Doug Worrell (Deborah) of Martin, Pat Worrell of Friendship, Randy Worrell (Tammy) of Union City and Andy Worrell (Holly) of Union City. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
