He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ed Crutcher and Agnes Imogene "Little Sis" Hazelwood Crutcher. He is survived by: his children, Carol Uzzell (Tommy) of Columbia, TN, Christy Olson (Mark) of Hazel Green, AL and Tim Crutcher (Kandy) of Unionville, TN; his grandchildren, Will Uzzell, Anna Hall (Chris), Jon Uzzell, Blake Crutcher (Cassie) and Justin Crutcher; and his sister Margaret Arrington (Wayne) of Chapel Hill, TN.. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
