He is survived by: his children, Dan Spangle (Therese) of Huntingdon, TN, Michelle Hicks (Don) of Wartrace, TN and Kimberly; and his brother William Daniel Spangle of California. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
