He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Lee Gilmore, Sr. and Bessie Alma Nelson Gilmore. He is survived by: his daughter Libby; his son-in-law Chris Farmer; his grandsons, Austin Williams and Michael Williams (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Ember Waller, Everett Waller and Lydia Waller; and his stepson Shannon Miller.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Taylor Funeral Home (214 N Main St, Dickson, TN 37055). A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Vanleer Cemetery. A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
