He is survived by: his children, Micki Bivens (Kevin) and Jeremiah McDonald (Kim); his grandchildren, Jacob Bivens (Bethany), Daniel Bivens, Lillyan Bivens, Lyla Bivens, Brittney McDonald Haber (Mathew), Mark Sanchez, Skyler Schouweiler, Bradley McDonald and Joshua McDonald; his daughter Crystal Lawson; his grandchildren, Saige and Gage Lawson; and his siblings, Sheila Leith, Lisa Carey, Terry Escobar and Chuck McDonald (Sandi). He is also survived by Several nieces & nephews.
