He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Harvey Arp and Reba Hodge Arp. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Wilson Arp; his granddaughter Brittany Cook; his great grandchild Hazley Fine; his brother Kenny; his sister-in-law Wanda Arp; his aunt Betty Tipton; and his nieces, Tina Griffin and Cindy Cook.
