She is survived by: her husband Tim Maxwell of Vonore, TN; her children, Nicole Maxwell Wenzel (Kenny) of Knoxville, TN and Erik Maxwell of Aspen, CO; her brothers, Curtis Cardin of Maryville and Steve Cardin (Sharon) of Nashville; her brother-in-law Randy Cagle of Ooltewah; and her siblings' children, Brian Cagle (Erin) of Chicago, IL, Miranda Cagle Taj of Chattanooga, Clay Cardin of LaVergne, Jessie Cardin of Mt Juliet, Sierra Cardin of Portland, TN, Chelsea Cardin of Downingtown, PA and Silas Taj of Chattanooga.

Visitation was held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Biereley-Hale Funeral Home (4650 US-411, Madisonville, TN 37354). A memorial service was held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
