She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Andrew Headrick; her daughters, Tina Christopher (Jason) and Lisa Headrick; her grandchildren, Katerina, Sierra, Johnathan and Jenna; her great grandchild Peyton; her brothers, John Erhart and Steve Erhart; and her close friends, Craig and Gloria Totz.
