She is survived by : her daughter Skyler Burnette; her parents, Johnny Pitts and Wanda Pitts (Woodruff); her siblings, John, Hunter, Julie and Susan; and her niece Christina. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and so many friends.

No flowers are requested but in her honor donations to your favorite charity or rehab facility are encouraged.
