He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Foster (Lovener Wright Humphrey) and Donald; his brothers, Buford Keith Humphrey and John Thomas Humphrey; and his son Donald Gregory Humphrey.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Pollard Humphrey; his daughters, Cindy Gray, Janie Humphrey, Darla Dunn and Leila Easterly; his grandchildren, Whitney Burkhalter, Amber Clover, Natalya Gray, Autumn Roberts, Hunter Humphrey, Jasmine Verde, Carson Easterly and Lenox Easterly; his great grandchildren, Kayleigh Humphrey, Addyson Humphrey, Ridge Humphrey, Dorothy Burkhalter and Margaret Burkhalter; and his siblings, Katie Lee Young, Sarah Rebecca Smith, Vera Odessa Mabe, Linton Ross Humphrey, Linda Sue Moores and Roy Lee Humphrey.
