He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cantrell and Goldia "Goldie" Cope Cantrell; his children, Jeffery, Micheal, Craig and Lorie; and his grandson Matthew.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Gooch Cantrell; his son Ralph Cantrell (Peggy); his sisters, Anna Hillis and Loretta Rigsby; his grandsons, Nick Cantrell (Tiffany), Jeff Cantrell and John Dunn (Kristin); his great grandchildren, Audrey, Cadence, Emily, Gavin, Jocelyn, Keegan, Blaine and Allison; his daughter-in-law Nan Cantrell; his granddaughter-in-law Lori Cantrell; Kathy, James Brymer, Alton, Pearl Marcum, Dewayne Hutchings (Tammy), RJ and Bronson Lee.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Spring Hill the Baptist Church (300 Spring Hill Rd, Walling, TN 38587). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
