He is survived by: his wife Anna Fay Baker of Walling; his children, Jimmy Ray Baker and Rita Faye Elkins of Cookeville; and his grandson Waymon Baker.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Thurman Funeral Home (44 N Main St, Sparta, TN 38583). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
