She was predeceased by: her daughter Kelly Brooks; her parents, Fred Pollard and Martha Pollard; her brothers, Ray W. Pollard and J. D. Pollard; and her parents-in-law, Carl and Olive Hamby.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Hamby; her sons, Michael Stewart (Shawn) and Allen Bunch; her stepsons, Michael Hamby (Mary Ellen) and Kevin Hamby (Heather); her sister Betty Griffith (Donald); her sister-in-law Paulett Pollard; her grandchildren, Jesse, Jenna Stewart, Dustin Parks (Marissa), Keith Brooks (Alicia) and Ashley Brooks; and her great grandchildren, Aleigha Brooks, Adam and Barrett Brooks.
Viewing was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Davis Funeral Home (211 Old Mill Rd, Wartburg, TN 37887). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Elizabeth Cemetery (211 Elizabeth Church Rd, Lancing, TN 37770).
