She is survived by : her children, Ricky Phillips (Christine) of Wartburg, Gary Phillips (Barbara) of New River, Cindy Braden and Earl Phillips (Teresa) of Oliver Springs; and her sister Evelyn Guy (Joe) of Knoxville. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
