She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter E. Mahaffay and Louise Abs Mahaffay. She is survived by: her daughter Jodi Lynn Stack (Robert) of Oak Lawn, IL; her grandchildren, Aaron, Jacen, Juno and Michael Angelo Rivera; her siblings, Vicki Lou Walsh of Wartrace, TN, Terry Lee Mahaffay (Bethanne), Lesie Jo Boudreaux (Michael) of Mt. Juliet, TN and Lynne Saccameno; and her pets, Sadie and Twinky. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
