He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth McGee; and his son Troy Ryan McGee. He is survived by: his mother Lynn Oakley (Kim); his son Elijah McGee (Jessica) of Tullahoma; his stepmother Sandra McGee of Lynchburg; and his grandchildren, Oakley McGee, Bristenn McGee, Anna Lee McGee, Brittion McGee and RyAnna McGee.

Visitation was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Lynchburg Funeral Home (1630 Fayetteville Hwy, Lynchburg, TN 37352). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 at the Smith Chapel Cemetery.
