He is survived by : his parents, Travis and Lacey Rush; his grandmother Terri Rush (Nena); his great-grandparent Bloma Rush; his siblings, Kayla Switzer (Dustin), Laney Rush, Alexia Helton (Jacob), Maylee Brogan, Gracie Webb (Caleb), Crystal Smith, Nathanial Linderman, Bradley Webb and Michael Knight; his niece Khloe (Kenzie Switzer); his nephews, Daren Helton and Cayson; and his uncle Jordan Collins.
