He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Jo Hill; his parents, Herbert Hill and Clara Hill; and his brothers, Herbert Earl Hill and Eddie Hill.
He is survived by: his children, April Warren (JT Cooper) of Washburn, Shannon Taylor (Keith) of Georgia and David Hill (Becky) of Washburn. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary (220 TN-61, Maynardville, TN 37807). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel (220 TN-61, Maynardville, TN 37807). A procession will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary (220 TN-61, Maynardville, TN 37807). A burial will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Liberty Hill Cemetery (254 Liberty Hill Rd, Washburn, TN 37888).
