He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Perry, Sr. and Goldie Williams Perry; his former wife Diane Carrier Perry; and his brothers, Dennis and Randy Perry.

He is survived by: his daughter Dana Adams (Allen); his grandchildren, Lilian, Raven and Vincent Adams; his sisters, Carolyn Peters, Lucy Cox (Paul) and Sandy Davis (Mark); his wife Kathy; and his pet Turbo.
