He is survived by: his children, Frank Chappell Jr. (Barbara), Karl Chappell (Lisa), Vicki Stout (Michael), Steven Chappell and Kristy Perry (Norman); and his brothers, Don Chappell and Terry Chappell. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
