It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Belle O'Neal Reed of Watauga, Tennessee, born in Bristol, Virginia, who passed away on June 18, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Joseph O'Neal and Helen Louise Whitaker O'Neal; and her siblings, Danny O'Neal, Sharon Jones and Peggy O'Neal.
She is survived by: her husband Wallace D. Reed; her children, Julie McKinney (Jonathan) of South Carolina, Christopher Reed (April) of Jonesborough, Dan Reed of Watauga and Dorothy Pierce (David) of Montana; her sister Tammie Richardson (Robert Holden); her grandchildren, Olivia Jarrett, Cheyenne McKinney, Ayana McKinney, Lee McKinney III and Shelby Pierce; and her great grandchild Jaxson Williams. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
