He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Cornelius Tolley and Eula Mae Peterson Tolley; and his grandson Bryson Foster. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Tolley Foster (Ruark); and his siblings, Susan Malone of Johnson City, Trudy Tolley of Johnson City, Beverly Walker (Rick) and Bobby Tolley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
