She is survived by: her husband Darrell Lewis; her sons, Wesley Lewis and Alex Roark of Creston; and her siblings, Mae Johnson of Mountain City, Mary Bell Blevins of Silas Creek, NC, Arzella Roush of Mountain City, Kathleen Keys of Ashe County, NC, Barbara Roush of Creston, Bonnie Lewis of Mountain City, Two, J. D. Jones of Creston and Johnny Jones of Mountain City. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
