It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Jean Slavens of Watertown, Tennessee, who passed away on September 11, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Louise Floyd Keen and Harry Mize; and her sister Brenda Garrett. She is survived by: her sons, William Slavens (Christy) of Watertown and Brian Slavens of Murfreesboro; her grandchildren, Shiloh, Zacchaeus and Hadassah; her sister Geneva Poss (Jerry) of Murfreesboro; and her sibling's children, Billy Fitzgerald and Tina Durgin.
