As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Billie may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Cowden "Pop" Stone and Ruby Costa Cofield Stone; and her husband James William "Bill" Carman, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, James William "Jim" Carman, Jr. (Corrie) of Huntsville and Malcolm Allen "Mac" Carman (Tamara) of Knoxville, Tennessee. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family members and dear friends.
