He was predeceased by : his parents, David Edward Mitchell (Lela Shaver Mitchell) and Douglas Randall Mitchell; and his siblings, Robert Mitchell, Elbert Mitchell, Hazel Thompson, Lucille Cooley, Frances Lovette Mitchell and Nina Belle Mitchell.
He is survived by : his wife Charlotte Harmon Mitchell of Waverly, TN; and his grandchildren, Jason Mitchell (Jo Anna) of Waverly, TN and Tonya Glenn (Donnie) of Burns, TN. He is also survived by 4 Great Grandchildren Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
Preceded in death by: Parents: David Edward Mitchell and Lela Shaver Mitchell, Son: Douglas Randall Mitchell, Brothers: Robert Mitchell and Elbert Mitchell, Sisters: Hazel Thompson, Lucille Cooley, twins: Frances Lovette Mitchell and Nina Belle Mitchell, In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to either the Dementia Society of America, P.O.
