She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Polly (Angie) of Houston, TX and John Polly (Trish) of Hurricane Mills, TN; her grandchildren, Develin Polly, Cheyenne Lee and Trey Polly; her great grandchildren, Arlene Shepard and Levi Crews; her brothers, Terry Coleman (Joanie) of McEwen, TN and Phillip Coleman (Venita) of McEwen, TN; her cousin Mary Margaret Lagan; and her sister-in-law Diane Coleman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
