We are sad to announce that on April 28, 2023, at the age of 89, John Harold Scott of Waverly, Tennessee, born in Trenton, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Eddie Marvin Scott and Louise Mercer Scott; his son Jeffrey Scott; and his siblings, Eddie "Bub" Scott, Ada Baggett and Lucille Garrison.

He is survived by : his wife Margaret "Peg" Buchanan Scott of Waverly, TN; his sons, Johnny Scott of Waverly, TN and Marty Scott (Kristie) of Waverly, TN; his sister Gail Baker of Waverly, TN; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Scott, Jr., Seth Scott (McKenzie) and Hannah Reynolds (Nathan); and his great grandchildren, McKenna Scott, Brody Scott, Jace Reynolds and Octavi Reynolds. He is also survived by Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
