We are sad to announce that on June 18, 2023, at the age of 73, Larry Lee Carter of Waverly, Tennessee, born in Effingham, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Glen Leland Carter and Laurel Lewis Carter; his daughter Angel Carter; his grandson Leelynn Carter; and his sister Shelia Jones.

He is survived by : his wife Christine Kramer Carter of Waverly, TN; his children, Sean Carter (Jolanta) of New Johnsonville, TN, Cory Carter (Amber) of Grant Park, IL and Sara Carter of New Johnsonville, TN.; his brother Delbert Carter (Sharon) of Louisville, IL.; and his grandchildren, Mara, Rayna, Corali and Carol.
