He was predeceased by : his parents, Betty Jean and Leon Hooper, Sr.; and his sister Barbara Hooper. He is survived by : his children, Stephanie McGahey (Joseph) of Waverly, TN and Joshua Lee Hooper of Nashville, TN; his grandchildren, Kayleigh Marie McGahey and Liam Joseph McGahey; and his siblings, Cheryl Emerson, Danny Hooper (Cathy) of New Johnsonville, TN and John Hooper (Sharon) of Charlotte, TN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
