He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Louis and Lillie Mae Chambers Givens; and the mother of his children Kimberly Givens. He is survived by: his children, Cody Givens of Waynesboro, TN, Kendra Givens of Waynesboro, TN, Telina Roberson of Lawrenceburg, TN and Brandi McCravy of Rogersville, AL; his stepchildren, Tommy Quinter of Clifton, TN and Jessica Bates of Lobelville, TN; his former wife Pam Givens; and his grandchildren, Lillie Givens, Madison Givens, Jaycee Kay Givens and Shannon Dodd.
