She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Raymond Hoops and Bertha Lue Hoops (Stillwell); and her sister Velda. She is survived by: her brothers, Del Hoops (LueAnn) of Grove, OK and Bill Hoops (Sue) of Watsontown, PA. She is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
