He is survived by : his wife Diana Lay of Collinwood, TN; his son Jonathan Lay of Iron City, TN; his stepchildren, Charity Godfrey (Shane) of Westchester, OH and Ronnie McWilliams (Nicki) of Pulaski, TN; his brother Billy Wade Lay (Connie) of Collinwood, TN; his sister-in-law Linda Lay of Waynesboro, TN; and his grandchildren, Tyler Godfrey, Josie Godfrey and Wesley McWilliams.
