She was predeceased by : her parents, Clinton Griggs and Madge Cannon Griggs; her husband Loyd Howell of Waynesboro; and her brothers, Clinton Griggs, Jr., David Griggs, Barney Griggs and Walter Griggs.
She is survived by : her children, Vicky Howell, Pam Howell and Jeff Howell; her daughter-in-law Phyllis Crosby Howell; her grandchildren, Kelbie Howell Risner (Zack Risner) and Jace Howell (Julianne Blackburn Howell) of Clifton; her great grandchildren, Zayne Risner and Hazel Howell; and her brother Kenneth Griggs of Lexington. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
