He is survived by : his son Thomas Ray Steiner of Waynesboro, TN; his daughter-in-law Mitzi Steiner of Franklin, TN; and his siblings, Clarence Steiner of Sevierville, TN, Evelyn Riggins of Clarksville, TN and Beavla May Austin of McKenzie, TN.
