He was predeceased by : his parents, Max Shull and Mary Edith Hardin Shull; and his grandparents, Andy, Ada Shull, Gipson and Della Hardin.

He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Sherrill Lineberry Shull; and his children, Brian L. Lineberry (Samantha) and Tina M. Bowling (Randy). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Butterfly Foundation or Philadelphia Baptist Church.
