He was predeceased by: his grandfather Harold Ashworth; and his niece McKynzie Ashworth. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Henley Ashworth of Westmoreland; his daughters, Hannah Ashworth of Scottsville, KY, Sarah Ashworth of Westmoreland and Kaylee Ashworth of Scottsville, KY; his father Jeff Ashworth (Kathy); his siblings, Matthew Ashworth, Brittany Thomas (Cody) of Lafayette and Jennifer McCormick (Derrick) of Lafayette; his brothers-in-law, Jessie Henley of Hartsville and Charlie Barera of Gallatin; and his grandmother Lila Ashworth of Portland.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Anderson & Son Funeral Home & Memorial Park - Lafayette (997 Hwy 52 E, Lafayette, TN 37083). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at the Macon County Memorial Gardens (209 E Locust St, Lafayette, TN 37083).
