He is survived by : his wife Mercedes Clark of Westmoreland; his parents, Roger Clark and Brenda Gail Clark of Lafayette; his siblings, Chelsey (Mark Scruggs), Jess Johnson of Fort Dodge and Jeremiah; his sister-in-law Courtney Clark of Humboldt; his nieces and nephews, Willow Scruggs, Sophiee Maddux, Tripp and Trace Scruggs; his grandfather Bobby Joe Hood of Smiths Grove, KY; his parents-in-law, Kevin and Hope Barrett of Lebanon; his sister-in-law Shelby Barrett of Lafayette, Several; and his close friends, Cameron, Jesse and Alex. He is also survived by Several Aunts, Uncles, & Cousins.
