She is survived by: her boyfriend Mark Stevens; her sons, Jameson David Perry (Melissa), Wade Bradley Perry, Tracy Lee Perry and Kenny James Perry; her grandchildren, Harley, Christa, Charlie, Summer, Emmett, Tanner, Cheyenne and Jamie Perry; and her brothers, Randy Slayton (Penny Ann) and Donald Slayton (Lisa).
