She was predeceased by : her parents, Jack Kenneth Boulware, Sr. and Wilhelmina Froewiss Boulware; her husband Eddie Matthew Martin, Sr.; and her siblings, Linda Childress and Jack Kenneth Boulware, Jr..

She is survived by : her children, Eddie Martin (Kelley), Theresa West (Brian) and Angelica Martin; her grandchildren, Kayla Burks, Brodie Burks, Ty Burks and Kimber West; and her great grandchildren, Crew Cho, Bailey Burks and Aiden Burks.
