He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Wayne Akins and Anita Carol Ramsey Akins. He is survived by: his son Dylan Akins (Cadyen Renee); his grandchildren, Hayden Wayne Akins and Aubrey Renee Akins; and his brother Nathan Akins (Roberta). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Woodard Funeral Home (5591 US-31E, Westmoreland, TN 37186). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
