He was predeceased by : his parent Idle Forrest; and his wife Paula Ernestine Parkhurst Brandon. He is survived by : his siblings, Larry Brandon (Nancy), Donna Swaffer (Ernest) and Ruthie Brawner (Jerry). He is also survived by his five nieces and nephews, ten great-nieces and nephews and three great-great-nieces and nephews.
