It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Ann Bilyeu of Westmoreland, Tennessee, who passed away on June 29, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Claude Harmon Bilyeu and Helen Juanita Matthews; and her brother Ray Edward Bilyeu. She is survived by : her siblings, Sharon Cantrell (Melvin), Rose Nunley (George) and Claude Douglas Bilyeu; and her nieces and nephews, Clarissa England, Haley High, Josh Bilyeu (Chantel), Shannon Smith (Joey), Heather Ward (Shawn), Matthew, Thomas Bilyeu, George (Renee), Maggie Nunley, Adam Nunley and Luke Bilyeu (Michelle).
