He is survived by: his wife Renee Miller; his parents, Andrew Miller and Beverly Miller; his children, Skyler Steven Miller, Christian Andrew Miller, Jessie Todd (Taylor) and Haley Ford (Kris); his siblings, Jayne Ann Schwartz (Henry), Mary Ann Miller, Barbara Ann Bush (Ray), Earl Jay Miller (Joanna), David Jay Miller (Amy), Daniel Jay Miller and Menno Jay Miller (Treva Kay); and his grandchildren, Cayden, Kenley, Kristopher, Tanner, Holland, Mackynzi, Waylon, Ashton and Josiah.
