He is survived by: his wife Alma; his children, James Allen Mayfield (Tonya), Shane Allen Mayfield (Cindy) and Stephanie LeighAnne Mayfield Nix (Tim); his siblings, Billy Joe and Janice Faye; and his grandchild Breanne Lee Vickery.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Loretto Memorial Chapel (110 N Military St, Loretto, TN 38469).
