He is survived by: his wife Teresa Barturen Kelly of Westpoint, TN; his children, Robert Joseph Kelly (Kathryn Vaughan) of Vashon, WA and Diana Marie Sue Ray (Andrew Ray) of Athens, OH; and his grandchildren, Guinevere Kelly, Juliette Kelly, Julian Kelly, Miles Ray, Oliver Ray and Lilian Ray.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Neal Funeral Home (231 N Military Ave, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464). A rosary will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Loretto Sacred Heart Catholic Church (301 Church St, Loretto, TN 38469).
